I purchased the 16 section 50” high dog enclosure. The order process was very easy, the tracking was easy to follow and the delivery time was surprisingly quick. It came in two boxes of 8 sections each. Each section is packaged quite well and it was so quick and easy to put together and install. I tried a couple different configurations before I decided which I liked the best. It was easy both to assemble, disassemble and reassemble. I did quite a bit of research before finding a fence that was the height I wanted and still affordable. I also like that it comes with mounts to attach to a wall and can be used either indoors or outdoors where mine is. It looks real nice as well. I needed to contact customer service with a question and actually got someone to speak to who was so nice and extremely helpful. I like that the product ships from the USA. Overall my experience with the product and the customer service person are excellent. I don’t usually spend much time giving any reviews but felt that This company deserves it. Kudos to the customer service rep whom I spoke to. You deserve a salary increase.
