We only used outdoors. We were not able to use this indoor yet due to needing to exchange panels and a gate. So no need to use rubber tips until exchange is made.

We ordered the outdoor pen because we needed it right away. Also got these protectors so the "spikes" would not damage the floor. They fit easily and did the intended job. Ended up ordering the indoor pen. Took a bit longer to get here but it had all the features we wanted.

This is kinda funny because its rubber caps for dog crate pins!! So they fit well, seem to be made well, but honestly should just come with the crate. I guess if you need extra or to replace others than these would work! Not much else to say!!

Saves the floor, but doesn't slow down "rearranging" by puppy. Some.way of stiffening the joints would be beneficial.

These caps used on my dog portable fence rods. The fence is in 24?sections and uses rods to hold the sections together. The rods are pointed so if the fence is used outside you can stick them in the ground. The pointed end is coverd for indoor use. Works great rod don't scratch the floor.

They were great, but for very small posts, so maybe if you need something larger, you should check your circumference around your steel piping. Thank you.

Comes off if moved to much bc they've lose (not tight fitting). Thought about glueing them but then there's always a possibility I'd like to move pieces back the yard instead of the hardwood floor inside. It's okay. Might fit some pens better

Helps protect the floor from the rough surface of the stakes. But they don't always stay on so I had to use some hot glue at the tip to make them more secure.

Large dog damaged the front of extra extra large "almost non destructible ) crate. I cut thick fencing to fit across the entire front of the kennel and fastened it to the same end as the gate. The problem was the sharp edges left on top of the new fencing. Not only did they pose a slicing risk to my arms, the sun shade was catching on the sharp wire when I opened the new "second gate". The wire on top was shorter than these protectors and I thought that could present another problem. So, I cut them to fit. Talk about a perfect solution and amazingly I did this by my own little self. Dog hasn't attempted to get out recently and I believe would have a tough time. Could not be more pleased with the company/seller.
