We used it in our garage for our dogs to have a place to go in and out of weather when we are gone away from home. So we had to drill holes in the cement for the post but all works well and is amazing. Was a way way cheaper option then having a fence company come in and install something.

These are meant to be used for a wall but don’t take into account the baseboards and the distance they add. We do not have terribly thick baseboards either. The anchor screws provided would simply not work at all for the way the cage has to sit. We did end up using much longer anchor screws. I would highly recommend spacers of some kind to help stabilize them as well. The metal itself seems fairly sturdy and the dog has yet to pull them from the wall. They get the job done but it’s not as easy to set up as hoped
