My dog required a soft dog pad on top because he prefers luxury but after that he really enjoyed resting on the elevated bed. Would recommend!

My. Bouvier puppy was out growing my old dog cots so I purchased this one. Excellent construction, very sturdy and comfortable. My puppy can stretch out to sleep and doesn’t seem to toss and turn as much as before!

Probably the best we have tried, as our dog ( a border terrier ) has destroyed all beds tried up to date. So lets keep our fingers crossed to the longevity of this one.

So far so good with my bed eater!

Comfy and truly chew-proof, safe for our two malinois to have in a crate!

Purchased fencing and raised bed VERY pleased with both Frenchies love the bed!

Our pup enjoys the quality and size of his personal space.
A great elevated bed!

Rescued this little female husky a few months ago and she loves crates and often lounges in them on her own, but eats every bed in them. I had to find a bed that¡¯ll hold up against her and an aluminum framed one did the trick. Now this cot is the same quality as the higher priced version (which I also have one of) and is just as good. Photos referenced are of my 45lb female husky on a 42 inch bed.Pros: So easy to put together. You just either attach the legs on or not, that¡¯s it! Fabric is smooth surprisingly cushioned vinyl feeling and very strong. Pay attention to the fabric for each size specifically though! My female husky has dug in it again and again and again and hasn¡¯t made a dent in it.Cons: Sizing. If you have a 36 inch dog crate for example, the 36 in bed will not fit in it (trust me, I tried that one first and had to return it because it was too big for the crate!) I ended up using my other dog¡¯s 48 inch crate that I already had for her, and bought the 42 inch bed and it fits perfectly with some extra space. So in summary, wonderful quality as a regular indoor or outdoor bed! Price is absolutely fair for this quality. It¡¯s very stable and my dog loves it! Con is it¡¯s not really the best bed for a crate unless you size up your crate, or size down the bed. I give it five out of five stars either way!

The FXW Titanest Chew Proof Elevated Dog Bed is built very well! It is great quality and in my opinion it is one of the best elevated dog beds I have ever seen! It arrives already assembled, all you have to do is screw on the legs. This dog bed it big coming in at 50 inches...it is big enough not only for my dog, but when I watch my cousins dogs when he goes out of town...there is plenty of room for all of them on this one! And it will hold over 200 pounds! I have very happy with this dog bed and I know that as well built as it is, it will last for a long time!
Les
Dogs love the bed. I have 2 forty five pound GSP that lay on it. The feature I like best is the sturdiness. High Quality! Definitely recommend.

I have gotten our aggressive chewer so many items that state the are chew proof and they don't even make it an hour. I got this more than 3 months ago and not even a rip. I only wish it cam in a smaller size that would work in his kennel.
Kurt R.
The large bed is perfect for our 70 lb. Picardy Sheepdog. But the real proof is that Sam loves it. He will lay down anywhere but when we brought this bed in, it was his spot. No more tripping over him.

My German shepherd has chewed up hundreds of dollars worth of dog beds and pillows until now. The very says he needs softer bedding for his cage but he kept on destroying everything but this works amazing!!! He has tried to dig at it but it hasn¡¯t torn or shown any sting of wearing down. I waited about a month Bessler doing this review and it is still I great condition. I need another one for my other dog.

I have 2 young Huskies and they chew a lot. This time - they enjoy to sleep on it, not to chew. Great design and quality. Worth the price.

One of my dogs can't keep a bed for long because he winds up destroying it eventually. I switched to elevated net beds for this reason, they last much longer, but he eventually chews them up too (rips the netting from the edges of the poles, tears off the rubber feet, etc). There's a little background on my bed shredder. This elevated bed from FXW has outlasted any bed I have given my dog (this is the 8th elevated dog bed I've given him in the last 12 months). It's been over 3 months since he first got it, and the only thing that shows wear is a corner of the bed where he tried to chew it. He gave up. He also likes to 'burrow' which was another factor into the demise of his other beds. This one shows very very little indentation where he claws. Like the padding thinned out a little, but the actual fabric doesn't show any wear.I can't say how much I love this, the price is higher than any other elevated bed I've seen on the market, but there's a good reason behind it. This bed is going to last. I don't see having to replace this any time this year, or next year, and hopefully not even the year after that. It's great. I got the 50 inch option. It's big, I got rid of my coffee table and put this there instead. The coffee table only got in my dogs' way anyway. I recommend this. Again, it's higher in price than other elevated dog beds, but in the end I'm saving so much money in replacement beds!

Perfect for my barn floor for my pup. Keeps him off the cold floor during cold weather. Nice thick padding and the frames keeps it off the ground even without he legs installed.

This dog bed is the first in countless purchases that is really and truely indestructable. We have a 4 year old male 150 lb Great Dane. Up until this point there has been nothing he has not destroyed (chewed/clawed) to pieces literally every time we crate him. In spite of the claims to be "chew/claw proof/indestructable ( that are priced within reason)!I have been recommending this to all those I know who have big dogs that destroy bedding or crate bottoms. The bed is sturdy/stable and attaching the legs was a breeze (but can be used without legs)! It wipes down with a damp cloth!Stop wasting your money and give this a try!

This was gotten for a 100 pound German Shepherd. I am very pleased with the quality of this bed. The frame designed around the bedding will definitely reduce his ability to chew on it. There is no exposed corner or edge for him to get started on. He has to sleep in his crate with no padding because he's fairly certain all crate mats must be destroyed. I don't see him being able to get his teeth into this one. It's also a nice comfortable padding for him stretch out and relax on. We got the one that will accommodate him when he's fully laid out. We have several elevated beds for our dogs in various places to avoid having to travel with them. Those are generally fabric stretched over a frame that disassembles. This one is a solid frame and the only disassembly is the legs come off so it's not very conducive to travel. This one is more of a permanent indoor type bed. We are very pleased with it so far and the dog seems to like it.
Claire
This thing was definitely made for big heavy dogs, and strong chewers. It¡¯s solid and would take a lot to chew through. My pitties like to sit outside with me while I work so wanted to get them something to sit on out there. They both tend to scratch and chew, but I have no doubt in my mind that this bed will hold up.
Maria
I really fell in love with this bed for my pup! He seems to enjoy it too. The height is just perfect! Super easy to assemble and no tools needed!!!
Guinea pig
We got this thinking it was a way to get our dogs to sleep on this and out of a crate that is taking up the whole room. It came in a box, the top assembled. All I had to do was screw in the legs. Our dang picky dogs wouldn't have anything to do with it. I think it is a quality item. It being chew proof is a plus. It would easily fit a huge dog or 2 medium size dogs. The pad is firm, but has some cushion to it. I would definitely recommend this item. I believe that it will stand the test of time.
Chris S.
This dog bed fits perfectly in my girls crate she is a digger put scratches in the plastic crate pan and so far she has not dug through the bed material she wrecked every other bed I put in there. This bed is also lots cheeper then big name company. Would buy again. I¡¯ll update down the road

The only bed that has lasted against my dog¡¯s destructive nature.
Melissa MacFarland
I love this bed. We r using it in the crate without the legs. Our puppies where eatung the blankets. This is the only thing we found that is withstanding them digging and chewing. Its strong enough and padded for comfort.
Dustin T. Sharp
This is a very sturdy, very well made high bed. The frame and legs are heavy duty extruded aluminum, and the webbing is thick, durable and taut. Our 200-lb mastiffs use it without causing any notable stress to the bed. My only complaint is that, while the bed is a generous 60" long it's only 30" wide. So none of our large dog beds fit on it correctly. And our big dogs find it more difficult to get comfortable on it than on our other, wider, elevated bed. So this one is always their second choice.
Marie Poris
First dog bed that my Husky has not been able to destroy and it looks great!!Highly recommend ??????????
Jessica Creasman
This is a really nice large dog bed. I love it. The dogs love it. It is made very well and strong. Was very easy to put together. Only had to add the legs basically. I was hoping this would be better than my other dog beds and it is. I recommend this bed and would love to have more.
Karla Weber
I have a new 80 pound dog. He chews up EVERYTHING! When I gave him this bed, I had my doubts because he has destroyed several hundred dollars worth of items. He has had this bed for 3 weeks and has not been able to chew up anything on it. I've seen him turn it over, grab a leg and drag it around. He will lay down and go over every inch of this bed looking for a place to start ripping in to it. Still good as new. This bed is the real deal. It truly is chew proof! Don't hesitate to purchase this.

This is the most upmarket premium dog cot I have ever seen, this is not your regular outdoor cot that is made of mesh with steel and plastic feet. This is an incredibly solid classy beautifully made dog cot. It is made of metal and has a padded top that is clearly designed to be wiped down in the event of a spill.

This dog cot is what I would imagine a very wealthy home owner might have out on their covered terrace area, where it is outside but out of the weather and the direct sunlight. It is made of a polished steel, the frame, the legs, every part of this dog cot screams premium, luxury, expensive. The padding on top is nicely stuffed and should provide a nice cushion for your dog to lounge on.

I have never seen a dog cot elevated to this standard before, it is something else and it is wonderful. It is also very appropriate if you spoil your dogs a lot. I am very very impressed by the quality, the fit and finish of this truly premium dog cot. And I know my dogs are going to love having this cot to lounge on this coming summer. A 5 star rating is very fair for such an excellent quality dog bed.

FINALLY - a dog bed my great pyrenees/golden retriver mix can't eat!! I honestly thought he would chew on the metal frame because chewability is not a factor in his chewing aggression. He's only 10 months old so I'm really hoping we will grow out of this stage one day. In the meantime, he needed a bed and this worked fantastically.
Dean
This is a good dog bed, if they prefer a raised bed. It was super easy to assemble, and my dogs seem to love it. It is so big that they can both lay on it at that at the same time. They are 15 pounds and 10 pounds. The mesh portion seems very durable, and the it is super easy to keep clean. The bed is also lightweight, so it is easy to move to other rooms in the house if I need to.
Michael Norman
This chew proof dog bed is exactly what it says. I put it to the test when I put it in the pen with my Belgium malinois. She is almost a year old and chews anything and everything. Her water bucket, her dog house, and anything else she can get ahold of when she is in the pen. Outside of it she doesn't really chew anything. I can honestly say that this dog bed has successfully lasted atleast 1 month in her pen without being damaged and still going strong. She will flip it over alot but aside from that it has remained intact. It's easy to clean off, and seems to be really sturdy. Great dog bed for those aggressive chewers.
David A.
So sturdy, best outside dog bed for bed destroying pooches
Raygen wintner
This was so easy to assemble and the dogs love it! Easy to clean. I have two labs and they both fit on it
Jeffrey
Now this is a big dog bed! We have a 75lb Aussie who just adores this elevated bed. It is plenty soft as-is, but we added a blanket as well on top. Easy to assemble and stays quite clean too!

First bed our dog didn¡¯t chew up and he loves it. This size fits our Great Dane perfectly.
Plateau Road
This bed is very sturdy and very well make. The frame is metal and the middle is a very tough canvas material. It was really easy to assemble and if you don't want it raised there is no assembly at all. My only complaint with it is the shape. It is really long and narrow, almost too narrow for my dogs. It needs a more square shape to a fit a dog comfortably. Other than that it's a great bed!
CoolCube
The FXW Titanest Elevated Dog Bed is unlike any others - and it's one that can't be found in regular stores.

This dog bed comes with the platform fully assembled; all you need to do is screw on the legs, which are made of aluminum. The feet have a rubber-like pad on them that keeps this bed from sliding across hardwood floors.

When my 155 lb Newf sits on the bed, it doesn't flex under his weight, and it doesn't sag in the middle. It's amazing how strong and sturdy this bed is.

The platform material has a rip-stop-like fabric to it, which makes it pretty easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Overall, I am immensely impressed with the quality, sturdiness, and size of this bed. I've not found any cons yet, if I do - I'll update my review.
Kristi
This bed arrived in perfect condition and is pretty much assembled right out of the box. It feels very sturdy and stable so there is no wiggle that often leaves a dog feeling hesitant to step up onto it. It looks nice and most importantly the dog approves.
Zipgirl
This arrives already assembled. If you want it to be elevated off the ground, then all you need to do is remove the flat rubber feet and replace them with the provided legs (which have their own rubber feet. This thing is huge, but since the framework is aluminum, it's lighter than it looks. The lounging area is made of a tough outdoor material similar to that use in patio furniture. You might want to throw a blanket on there if your dog considers himself royalty and prefers to lay on plush surfaces. Even though there is thick padding underneath that material, the surface is still coarse.

This sun lounger is tough and can take a lot of weight. I was able to sit on it with no issues. I could probably use this myself. :)
Jonathan
It seemed absurd that I couldn't find a dog bed that was both chew-proof and comfortable enough. I found this one by accident, but this bed has everything you need. It comes pre-assembled, with the only assembly required being attaching the metal legs, which can be done by hand with no tools required. The frame is made out of aluminum, and it has enough cushion yet won't sink or deform over time.

I am so happy that I got this bed for my dogs. It came all put together minus the legs, which were easy enough to put on. It is big enough for 2 of my Rottweilers and either my Pit Mix or my Potcake Pup to all sleep on it together. Between this bed and the other huge bed I have, all 5 of my dogs can sleep comfortably and no one has to be on the floor. The best thing is, I don't have to have 5 beds! I love that this one is chew proof. Next time I have to replace the other big one I have, I will replace it with another one of these chew proof ones. These are heavy duty and made for monsters like mine.
vaness
I purchased 2 50 inch beds for my dogs, one weighs over 120 and the other 85, and the beds are holding up well. I¡¯m very happy with the purchase, it did take a couple of days to get it, but they came in good shape, super easy to assemble, just screw in the legs and you¡¯re good to go.
Rachell
I ordered this bed for my mom's pittie and she absolutely loves it. My mom had been having a hard time keeping her off the couch and from chewing/destroying her beds and since we've ordered this, she hasn't had an issue with her chewing the bed or climbing on the couch; her pup loves being on the bed. As soon as we put it together, which was very easy to do, she immediately climbed on it and wouldn't leave. The bed is a bit bulky because we ordered the XL so I recommend you measure it for your space but otherwise we love it.
Ido2
I like this dog bed because it is raised and easy to keep clean. My dogs seem to have different feelings about it. My dogs have gone through A LOT of dog beds. The best dog bed I have found for my very large breed dogs is actually a giant bean bag. They seem to love it, and it gives their joints a lot of cushion. The downside is that it gets filthy, and it takes up a lot of space. This dog bed is a great size, even for my largest dog who is a huge Great Dane. The problem is that it is too stiff. The material is amazing and even with her untrimmed nails it hasn¡¯t had any issues. However, it is very firm, and my princess likes her bed to be softer. I think this is a great dog bed, and I love how easy it is to keep clean, but my picky dogs won¡¯t use it.
Kimberly
very large gravity dog bed great for large breed dogs I would even say this would work great for great Danes. we have a German shepherd and he took right to it and loves it very happy with this purchase.
Emma Langford
This bed is HUGE! It comes ready-made except the legs just need screwing in. Easy to assemble, took seconds! The quality is very high, and the metal is strong and durable. It has a cool pad on top of it giving it comfort. I only put it on the floor a second whilst deciding where to put it and my 68 lbs labrador puppy decided it was good right where it was! She used to be a chewer but not anymore, but sometimes if we go out and we are never out for long and work from home, she has been known to chew. I feel confident to leave this bed out for her to sleep on. Its chew proof and indestructible. The frame is built to last, and it is absolutely solid and made from really good metal. The padding on the bed has been attached so you cannot see where padding meets metal, thus not giving my puppy chew points to go for. The legs can be removed so you can use this on the ground, but I prefer my puppy's bed to be elevated to keep her off the ground and so it is cooler for her as the air can circulate better when it's hot. The padding is super nice and tough material yet soft enough to allow my puppy to rest comfortably. This bed is far superior to any that I have had before and my puppy loves it, so that makes me happy. Highly recommend and defiantly worth the price! Thank You!
Dragon's Breath
This is a true chew proof, indestructible elevated dog bed. It's an absolutely, awesome bed. Very easy to put together and has a great balance and weight. This bed is made well, sturdy, looks great and when I tried it out I found it comfortable. It's also so easy to clean.
Keith Rossman
Do you have a dog who likes to chew on their bed? If so, this is a great choice for you. This thing is virtually indestructable, which is important to us because we foster a lot of dogs. We want them to be comfortable, but we also don't know about a dog's chewing habits until we have them for a little while. This bed is great because the new dogs virtually cannot destroy it.

It's quite large so be sure to check the sizing when you order.
Bruce S
This bed is heavy duty and very nicely made. Nice strong fram and legs and nice padded top.
Taborri
We have tried a couple of these elevated beds, having hot summers and appreciative pups. This dog bed is by far the best we have ever owned. Compared to another typical design (see pic), this bed is built to exceptional standards. The frame is solid (little flex under weight), legs are thick, and the mattress is strangely padded...in a good way. I have found myself stretching out on it because it is so comfortable, almost like a really nice cot. It is massive and fully capable of holding 3 dogs, or a combination of dogs and human with ease.
MG
This was a very well-made dog bed. Easy to assemble. It works great outside. It does not rust, it¡¯s waterproof, and it has padding to the actual bed. The only thing I didn¡¯t like was a leg seems to be a little uneven. It will work well in the summer and should last a long time. It¡¯s not real heavy, but doesn¡¯t fly away in high wind. We get high wind here a lot and it hasn¡¯t been an issue. I really like the dog bed and think it will help keep the dogs cool in the summer. I love that it¡¯s waterproof and doesn¡¯t rust. You can actually see in one of the pictures that the water beads up on top of it. If you tip it, the water runs off of it. Love it! Super easy to clean! Great value. Always looks nice and clean.
