The products offered on fxw.life are presently restricted to deliveries within the United States of America.

For the dispatch of products to delivery addresses outside the United States of America, we invite you to engage our Customer Support team.

Orders that specify a remote location as their final destination may necessitate supplementary charges related to shipping, contingent upon the remoteness of the destination from our distribution center and the logistical feasibility of delivery.

We wish to notify you of the availability of a limited warranty for a period of 45 days. Purchases made on our platform will be dispatched either via Amazon Fulfillment (MCF) or through our preferred method of dispatch from our warehouse. The choice of the carrier for your order to the provided shipping address will be at our sole discretion and/or Amazon's.

Our current options for order delivery:

Free Shipping: Your order is expected to reach the stipulated delivery address in a time frame of 6 to 14 working days.

Expedited Shipping: Your order is expected to reach the stipulated delivery address in a time frame of 3 to 5 working days.

Priority Shipping: Apologies for the inconvenience caused, but at the moment we do not offer priority shipping.

Please be advised that instances of force majeure, such as natural catastrophes or public holiday traffic peaks, may induce a postponement of your order deliveries.

In circumstances where Expedited Shipping or Priority Shipping requests have not been fulfilled as expected, you have the right to apply for reimbursement of the corresponding supplementary shipping charges

Non-delivery Areas

For now, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO delivery addresses are not in our service area, but we are actively working to support these areas soon.

At the discretion of FXW, an additional service fee may be charged to you per shipment, depending on the specific circumstances.

Returns Policy

We provide a 45-day limited warranty on select items. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 45 days of ordering. Please be aware that delays may occur during public holidays and busy periods.

Customer's Responsibility for Return Shipping: Please note that for returns not related to quality issues, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The shipping fee is determined based on the product's weight and distance.

Returns/Cancellations Due to Incorrect Orders

Orders that have been duly placed on fxw.life which have remained unprocessed or unfulfilled at the time of a cancellation request, shall be exempt from any charges or additional fees imposed in connection with their cancellation.

In the event that an order necessitates return due to the provision of an inaccurate address, the ordering of an incorrect item, or reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall assume sole responsibility for all costs incurred as a result of said return/cancellation, including but not limited to fees associated with shipping, handling and processing. FXW retains the right, at its absolute discretion, to choose whether to partially or fully cover these expenses; nevertheless, it is under no obligation to do so.
